    Has anyone else got this?

Since updating I have the date and the status (ie processing / completed etc) repeated with the “order” column of the Orders page? my next 2 columsn are date and status – which is just showing the exact samething?

However its making my orders page really long as the rows are now deep trying to have all of that info in one cell?

any idea how to stop this from happening?

    thanks

    Sarah

  • Hey there, @sarahweb! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see so we can take a look?

I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hello @sarahweb can you take a screenshot and paste it here? also, can you submit a systems report?

Go to?WooCommerce?>?Status?>?Get Systems Report?and pasting that here inside using a Code Block.

I do use woo subscriptions and it is already on the latest version – but you are right in that its conflicting with another plugin as just done the same update to another site and the issue is not there – but its an issue for 3 sites – so I am off to determine the plugin that is on all 3 sites! I will return with an update – thank you

Ok so found out it was a random cache! but that effected 2 sites – once cleared cache (using chrome) it cleared!
