90% of the time perfect, 10% sucks – issues with SOFORT

I have serious issues with they payment gateway SOFORT(überweisung).
Stripe doesnt change order status with this payment option and i have to manually check in stripe dashboard if the payment was successfull. Its a horrible experience and the support told me that i need to talk to woocommerce, when its obviously not their fault.
All other payment gateways work fine and nicely
