  • It means someone went through the registration link under the Meta section on your blog and created an user account (and you have “Membership: Anyone can register” checked under Options > General).

    You should be able to see users listed under Users > Authors & Users.

    WordPress will typically email the blog admin when new registrations occur.

    Sorry, I’m new to WordPress and I guess what I mean is, what does it mean exactly when someone creates a user account under the Meta section of my blog.
