911 Support | Passing Information to GetResponse

I am working to see where my account to GetResponse is breaking.
I sign up in the AffiliateWP plugin, sign up for the the list and I get the subscribe email then my account fails to show up on the affiliate account.

I am not sure if the challenge is GetResponse, AffiliateWP. or the interface. I have to work to get this resolved. Please Help!

Please let me know if I can test anything out or reinstall or? or ? or?
