96 Appearing in WPForms Notification Email

    After installing the WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer plugin to my site, my WPForms notification emails started showing “96” in the top left corner.

    Has anyone else ever reported this or do you know how to remove it?

    I also have the WP Mail SMTP plugin installed.

    Hi @mhall072,

    Does this problem also occur when you deactivate our plugin? Can you please deactivate all plugins besides “html mail”, “mail smtp” and “WP Forms” and test the behavior? Does the problem persist?

    Hi Julian,

    This problem only occurred after I activated HTML Mail.

    After Pausing all Plugins besides “Html mail”, “mail smtp”, and “WP Forms” the problem still persisted.

    Once I paused “HTML mail” the “96” in the email immediately disappeared.

    Would you have any suggestions on any settings or things to check within the”HTML mail” plugin to keep the “96” from showing?

    I am seeing this too, just a “96” in the upper left corner. Everything else appears to be working OK.

    problem still showing. Comes from a <o:PixelsPerInch>96</o:PixelsPerInch> tag in WPForms header template.

    Is it possible to fix this in future updates?
