Feed problem… would appreciate help

The error message I get is as follows:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/trunktbt/public_html/news/index.php:1) in /home/trunktbt/public_html/news/wp-content/plugins/atom10/wp-atom10.php on line 5

What does this mean?

Is there anybody who can help me with this? I need to get a feed going soon… thank you in advance.

You’ve bumped twice in one hour. As most volunteers start with unanswered posts, you managed to remove yourself from that queue rather quickly.

Remember, folks here are unpaid volunteers.

Have you tried searching the forums for your issue? You might try a search on “headers already sent”.

There is no need to be rude. If you’re burnt out as a moderator perhaps you should quit.

Not sure this’ll help technical people but for newbies like me… it seems my site was not configured for the default address that came with my theme (Qwilm.)

I had to switch the feed link to /wp-rss.php and take out an extra space that had made its way into the code on that page.

I hope this is understandable and helps someone else.
