#_24HSTARTTIME output is 20:30:00

Hi there,
I use the #_24HSTARTTIME tag/ placeholder on the eventlist page to generate the starttime but something strange happens. When I enter 20:30 as starttime the output look like this: 20:30:00
Can anyone help me to fix this issue?
