    Hello,
When I run an online GDPR test, my site fails to be GDPR compliant because of a __cfduid cloudfare cookie. This is the message I get after the test: Cookie purpose description: Used by the content network, Cloudflare, to identify trusted web traffic. It looks to be related to Tidio Chat cause when I disable this plugin, the site passes the test. Do I I need to add some script somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Hans

    Yes, if you add
    document.tidioChatCode

in the script center, in the second section: “URL’s from scripts that should be blocked before consent”.

Then the chat should get blocked until consent is given.

    Hi @hauzz,

We have tested with tidio ourselves, and found there was an issue with the reactivation because Tidio loads the code async by default.

We have built an completely new integration module, where Tidio is listed as integrated plugin. If you use the Tidio plugin in combination with Complianz, it will now work out of the box.

The new integrations is released in version 3.2.
