#_BOOKINGNAME doesn't appear

  • Hi,

    The email sent to the event contact when a booking is first made :

    #_BOOKINGNAME (#_BOOKINGEMAIL) will attend #_EVENTNAME on #_EVENTDATES.

    works almost perfectly. The only problem is that #_BOOKINGNAME is empty in my sent email :

    ([email protected]) will attend French Lesson for beginners on 24/12/2013.

    What can be the problem ? I want the user name to appear before the email address.
