    In response to the email sent out by Mailpoet recently, I went into my host (SiteGround) and opened Mailpoet sending service to ensure that my sender domain input was correct. I have the first three areas showing as verified, but the last one, and from what I read, the important one, _Dmark.user_domain, is sitting pending.

    I have the correct details in the TXT boxes
    first box _dmarc.MY_DOMAIN
    then in the next corresponding box
    v=DMARC1;p=none

    I have followed the directions as per the support reading material and cannot see what is wrong.

    I would attach a screenshot, but this seems unavailable. It would be great to find out if this is a @mailpoet problem or a problem at large. SiteGround seems to think it is MailPoet.

    I have just done a DNS check using DNS Checker, and my _dmarc is showing as live. Therefore MailPoet report makes no sense.

    Please advise.

    Could you try verifying the DNS records again by logging into your?MailPoet?account > go to Manage Sender Domain. You will need to wait for sometime but it should be verified. Let us know if incase the problem still exists:

    Hi @danielinhou, I did say that my DNS was now working – I sat with my host provider SiteGround for about 40min and we sorted it out.

    You can check the url – louisereiss-james.com to clarify.

    thank you

    Hi again @raenegira2024?????!

    Yeah, thanks for your patience. I have just checked this from my end and I see that the sender domain appears as verified from my end.

    Do you still see the domain as not verified from your end? Can you make sure to update to the newest MailPoet version?

    Looking forward to hearing back from you!
