Hello, I inserted the Facebook pixel into the site via the PixelYourSite plugin, then I made the configurations on Complianz relating to the pixel, scanned the cookies etc etc. The _fbp cookie is always present before the user gives consent.

I have read some discussion about the problem on this forum, but so far I have not found any solutions.
    Can you help me?
    Thank you in advance

    Hi @lucantropo,

I’ve just set this up on one of my own environments (PYS + Complianz), which appears to work out of the box on my end (example here).

Let’s start at the beginning, is the PixelYourSite integration activated under Complianz > Integrations?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Hi @jarnovos, thank you very much for your reply.
I re-checked and PixelYourSite has the integration correctly active.

    Hi @lucantropo,

The difference between your website and Jarno’s example is that this script:

    <script src='https://digital.yopadvisors.com/wp-content/plugins/pixelyoursite/dist/scripts/public.js?ver=8.2.8' id='pys-js'></script> should be blocked, but isn’t…

Could you check if Safe Mode under settings is enabled, I am also missing a data-cmplz=1 in your HTML, signifying the cookie blocker is enabled.

    regards Aert

    Hi @aahulsebos,
    I did this:
From Settings> Cookies I have disabled the Enable safe mode option and the cookie in question is disabled.
I believe I have made the correct operations, so the problem is solved.
Thanks again for the quick and very competent replies.
