#_SEATS in email fails

    The placeholder #_SPACES conflicted with other parts (events, where it has been removed in the code too), and was not documented for RSVP since over a year, see:

    Just use #_RESPSPACES and it should be ok.
    I do apologize for not making it clear in the changelog though.
