    Dear support,

I’m using wpcf 1.3.2. Unfortunately when I try to edit some conditional fields of my contact forms they doesn’t work at all. So thanks to google inspector i found out this message. “_wpcf7 is not defined at scripts_admin.js:5”

Could you help me to solve the problem?

    Thanks in advance,
    Emanuele

    Sure Jules,

My website is https://www.jessence.net, but I think you may need some access credentials to see the problem. When i used google inspector i was talking about an inspection i made from the backend.

If you need credentials let me know.

    thanks again Jules.

oh of course! could you visit the contact > conditional fields page, save the settings and then try again?

    Hello.
    Same error here
    _wpcf7 is not defined.

I think this append after upgrading CF7 to 4.8

    thank you very much

To solve this, we must rename “_wpcf7” to “wpcf7” in scripts_admin.js

    However,
updating to CF7 4.8 brind problem in validation field…
Any error ar displayed around field, just the response-output-error.
    thanks

This id due to the removed jquery.from script.

There are no more “form-pre-serialize” event to trigger the “wpcf7cf_update_hidden_fields” function just before serialize the form…
