I have the same problem with this ?_wpcf7_is_ajax_call=1&_wpcf7=251&_wpcf7_request_ver=
it is creating a redirect from http to https of our website. We notice this when ruining google page speed test

We have multiple websites using CF7 and all are causing bellow redirect

I am also frustrated with the same issu, I got to optimize the page, in order to get better ranking, but it is hard to live without of forms.
