This plugin gets a lot of things right. The AI voices sound REALLY good. They speak just like real people, probably 90%+ of the time – which is excellent compared to the other services I have used in the past. I love that I can customise the player with CSS. I would say BW could spend a bit more time on the speed optimisation of the plugin. Currently it loads of a lot of resources on every page of the site. I was able to fix this with Plugin Organizer, but most people wouldn’t know how to do this. Overall: 10/10.
