    Hi,
I’m writing on behalf of a client that purchased a Professional Plan (I can give you the name if necessary).
It seems that they are not able to see the heatmap of a page they want to check, the error is Unable to render heatmap (and I can’t see any error in the console).
My guess is that because it’s an intranet and every page is under login, the plugin is not able to retrieve any data.
Could you please help us understand?

    Thank you very much

    Serena

    Hi Serena,

    Thanks for contacting us.

To be honest, I don’t know what’s exactly causing this issue. It might be a compatibility issue with your theme and some of your plugins. It could also be caused by your server configuration. Truth is, it’s impossible to tell from the outside.

If you have access to your server logs, please look at them and see if your site is logging what’s amiss. If it does, please send us the log and we’ll explore a possible solution. Alternatively, please grant us temporary admin access to your site, so that we can try to figure out what’s happening.

You can send us the details to the email address: support @ neliosoftware dot com

Thanks for your help and collaboration ??
