A big part of my menu suddenly disappeared

    Hey everyone !

    Second post because I encountered a big problem with Mega Menu :

    I’ve been working all day on my menu, adding items and pages, and suddenly, after adding another page, Mega Menu seems to have crashed, and a big part of the items (more than the second half of the menu) seems to have deleted itself for no reason.

    I don’t understand what happened. The mega menu wasn’t even affected anymore to my header menu…

    Is there a way to recover lost / deleted items ?

    Hi steevflores,

    It sounds like you’ve run into the WordPress menu item limit, or there was an error with one of the save requests between your browser and the server.

    The menu save process is handled entirely by core WordPress (and identical whether or not you have MMM installed), you can find more information here:

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I’m not sure this was the problem, as there wasn’t that much items in my menu, but I’ll check your documentation link and try to increase the limit.
