A big popup about an update won’t let proceed

  • I used to like this plugin, but lately a big popup anouncing a new version of popupbuilder appears as soon as i open the plugin. The link to enter the licence code returns a Permission denied error.
    Trying to talk with support through your chat but no reply…
    That’s not the way you should update your plugins, uninstalling the plugin and cancelling my subscription…

    Anyway, we can make you sure the issue you encounter is just connected with the major update of our core and pro plugins we have had recently.
    The popup you mentioned appear in cases the core plugin is updated to inform you need to update the pro versions too, so they can work well together.

    The issue you raised is partly connected with pro versions and it can not be discussed here in the forum in more details. Forum and reviews here are connected only with free plugin.
    That is why kindly ask you to reconsider your review here, because it is not connected with the free version of the plugin which can be discussed here.
