Website now looks like the demos

  • I just purchased this. I was really hoping that as with other themes from other vendors, I won’t have any problems installing the demo. Turns out that it is not a smooth transition as I hope it would be.
    Also the widgets are not showing on the front page. The documentation is too simple. It doesn’t tell any information.

    *update: their technical support is trying to help me resolve the problem. So far, it looks optimistic but I am still trying to resolve the issue.

    *update: I tried using their import button and nothing is imported. I really feel like I wasted time and money with this theme.

    *update after one week of my purchase: I wasn’t able to use the demo and had to resort to doing the customizing myself and with the help of the Themeansar help. Because of their assistance, I was able to create an acceptable website. Hence, the change in my review.

    please check the “import” demo if it works. I have spent three hours trying to import your demo and I practically clicked nearly all of them. Not a single download is successful.
