• The worst possible judgment was to hang it all on the tail of post content.
Do you have any idea how crowded it gets there?
It would be absolutely no big deal to provide an alternative hook, but who cares, right?

    Hi ABTOP

This is what most plugins do, because in most themes that hook is available. You are not restricted to the_content hook. Use a different hook if you want. If your theme doesn’t provide a hook in the right place you can use a function or do_shortcode in your theme to display the related posts.

It’s WordPress and themes who provide the hooks for plugins to use, not the other way around. I use the most used hook in the documentation so most users get what’s expected.
