I’ve checked the CSS and it seems to my it is about a Elementor issue. Have you tried access and edit the page with elementor and check?

Indeed this is the first idea I had but when I am in modification mode with elementor this black band always appears.

I guess it is really a Elementor section issue. Try to clicking/selecting them on the editor mode and press delete.
