But I don’t know of it is wise. How much MegaByte does WP take for Web Space and how much Web Space is an single article?

With free web space you generally get what you pay for. If you’re not too worried about second or third rate support or no support at all go for it. WordPress takes up little webspace and all the content is held in the MySQL database. If you have a lot of images then they may take up a lot of your webspace in the wp-content folder, but you would need a LOT to take up 400MB

Thanks for your comment to this thread!

No, I always make images external, but the content is only the Database Storage and not the Web Space?

The content (as in the stuff you type, words and the like) are stored in the database.

Images, themes, plugins, and WP itself, take up “web space”.

Ok. I understand, thanks for your comment. I’ll see it, but I think I will install WP. Thanks for your support, @otto, @wdele, @cubecolour, @ipstenu

You generally don’t have to worry much about how much space is available. If you need more storage, your hosting company will gladly help you with that. ??
