A bookmark popup keeps coming up

  • I keep getting a popup when I click on the links in other websites for their RSS feed address.

    The PopUp is the ADD LIVE BOOKMARK popup.

    I also kept getting this when I clicked on my Meta links.

    How do I get rid of it. Looked all over and can’t find anything on it.
