A botched job

  • One of the most shoddy themes I’ve tried since I’ve been working with WordPress. Don’t buy it.

    The problems start when you want to customize the different sections included in the home page or in other page templates: impossible to do it with the (text) editor included in each section.
    The sections do not support shortcodes from other plugins. You also can’t create custom sections or convert pages into sections…

    The support is simply PENAL. The only thing they do is delay their answers to make the 10 days pass and not give you your money back.

    It is a scam with all the letters.

    You are directly asking for refund without any proper reason. If your reason was followed our Refund Policy https://desertthemes.com/refund-policy/ we would have refunded you.

    Shortcode feature is available in the theme but you not want to taking our helps how can we helps you ?

    You are talking about the different types of feature thats we can add in future but not possible right now.

    Many Users are using Atua theme without any problem. We are always ready for the helps for the clients.

    We already given you premium version & timely support but you are not ready for taking any help from us. That’s means you are scaming with us.
