a bug (?) and a problem

( following the advice from drweb.de to change the permalink-structure to post_id
), I gave your plugin a try and ran into problems after importing the link-cvs:

1. I had a post without title, this got the plugin to enter an infinite redirection-loop. Easy to fix…
2. Then I tried it again, it worked quite well on the posts, but pages still got into a kind of loop and were inaccessible.
3. set the blog back to t’s original state, and disabled the plugin

maybe there’s a solution I haven’t seen?
