@jmvision2018 I’m not sure that I fully understand the issue you are reporting.

It sounds like you are reporting issues with a parent category not being listed on a product page, is this correct?

When I visit a product from that category you linked, this is what appears on the breadcrumb:

Is that different from what you were expecting to see? If so, what should be shown there instead?

    Hello Fernando,

first of all thank you for your answer and try to help me.

With the picture you sent me, everything is as it should be. In this picture you can see the correct parent category with the name “?? Saladetten / Belegstationen”.

However, if you press the following link, for example, and click on a product, the parent category is unfortunately canceled. The parent category on the product page should be called “?? Kühltische”:

The question arises why the parent category on the product pages is displayed for the “Saladetten / Belegstationen” and not for the “Kühltische”.

I’m looking forward to your answer and thank you very much.

Thanks for sending the new link. I do see that those are behaving differently. I have two questions for you:

    * Are you using any SEO features or plugins?
    * Can you share with me a copy of your system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Hi @jmvision2018. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
