A Couple of Questions

    I want to install WordPress Multisite but have a few questions?

    1) Can you restrict access to features depending on the member? (ie. install themes, plugins, edit themes)?

    2) If no to above: does anyone know of a membership plugin that allows you to restrict features? For example a Free account cannot edit themes but a Paid account can?

    No one can install themes or plugins except the super admin.

    If a theme has built in theme options, any site-admin can edit the theme of their own site, but they CANNOT change php templates or CSS.

    You can add in a safe-css plugin to let them edit the CSS (and another plugin manager to limit what sites can use what plugins).

    There’s no plugin/way to let them edit the theme PHP files, though.
