A couple of suggestions for improvements of appearance/positioning

Hi there,

Just a quick couple of suggestions for improvements to your otherwise excellent plugin ??

1. I think it would be great if it was possible to choose another position/style of the consent message when on mobiles. The reason for this suggestion is that some of the positions don’t appear neatly on, for example, iPhone 5. Here’s an example where you’ll see how the ‘Bottom Right Block’ position goes too far to the left and out of view on an iPhone 5. In this case, it would be better if it was possible to make it a normal full-width box at the bottom of page (but only on mobiles!).

2. I think it would be great if it was possible to force the message/box to push down/up all other content visible on the screen. The reason for this is, that when I use this position option it covers elements that I do not wish to have covered – for example, here you can see how the logo in the upper left corner is almost completely covered by the cookie message. If it would push down/up the page instead, then that would be great!
