• Hi, wow, I’m the first support question, lucky you ??
Giving your plugin a try and I notice that it created the feed when I go to the Feeds menu item for nearly all of my products, but for a few it did not create any items. Those products are variable (shipped products) so I wonder if that has something to do with it? But then again, I have another product that is variable, but it did get created. The one that did get created is a virtual product though. Any ideas?

The other thing I wanted to mention is that I got the notice that it could take a while, when I created the feed yesterday and then today realized I didn’t get an email. So I visited the feeds page in the dashboard today and saw the same notice about the feed being generated but then a couple minutes later, the email came in. So it sounds like it didn’t get triggered properly or I don’t know exactly..

Thanks for any support you may offer. If you’re wondering how I found it, your plugin was mentioned in a Facebook wordpress group.

    Hi,
Glad you reported this issue and thank you for reporting with such details. The app is supposed to fetch all simple and variable products from your store (it will skip product groups, external products or any product without pricing details).

We are looking into this for any possible glitch and get back to you. It will be very helpful if you can share a few products from your store which are skipped.

We will look into the email trigger instance, if it is not an email server delay.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. You can also reach out to us at [email protected]

I cannot figure out how to use the plugin, or fix the problem I reported. It looks like you have fewer than 10 active installs. Do you know if anyone is using the plugin successfully? Is there a guide or anything?

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that. For a detailed walkthrough, you can visit the help page: https://feedo.sharedemos.com/t/wordpress/

we are updating the app with few improvements. A new install of this plugin would help you to get all products and track missing products, if any.

There are 3 primary section of this app functionality:

    • Install the app and connect to Google Merchant Centre(GMC) – This will fetch your product feed to the app. Once the feed is created in the app, you can see your products under ‘All’ tab.
    • To optimize the product feed, you can select products in all or in parts and send them for optimization. The feed can be submitted readily by selecting all products and publishing to GMC. You can find the ‘Optimize’ button at the right bottom corner. Once your feed is optimized, you will get a notification and can see the optimized feed under ‘Optimized’ tab.
    • You can review your feed once optimization is done and send your feed to GMC (Publish to GMC) for GMC’s approval. GMC takes some time for approval products (or return errors) which can be viewed under ‘Published’ tab.

Note: As per Google standards, some of the product attributes are mandatory and any missing data for those attributes need to be addressed before sending for optimization or publishing to GMC.

If you need any further assistance, we can have a screenshare session on call to walk you through. Let us know your availability at [email protected]

We have launched this app for Woocommerce platform recently and currently active users are not much. However, we have launched the app for Shopify clients sometime back which is running successfully and have close to 1000 active users.
