    Good evening,
    I have downloaded this premium plugin for a new website. I’ve also used it on another one where it works fine.
    however on https://www.dsdating.nl I get the following message when I add Manual subscription to a user
    (A critical error has occurred on this site.)
    if I then remove and reinstall the premium plugin, the website just works again and the user has also received the Manual subscription.
    it can just not be the intention that every time someone buys something or I add a Manual subscription myself, I have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

    this is a strange error because on my other website it works flawlessly.

    I even emptied the web space completely twice and also deleted the DB and created it again so that I worked with a very clean installation
    however this problem has not been solved.

    what could be going on?
    If this cannot be resolved I would like my money back.
    there recontre works well, but the premium does not.

    Hi,

    The notice “A critical error has occurred on this site” is a WordPress Warning that appears when an operation causes a PHP error. To display details, you have to switch your WordPress in “debug” mode :

    => Change wp-config.php to have define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    Then retry a manual subscription. The error should be detailed.

    => Paste the result on this topic.
    => Give also your PHP version and your server type (linux, windows…)

    It was the php version that didn’t work
    8.0 is not doing well. 7.4 works fine
