    Hello there,

    I’m using your plugin on a simple WordPress website.

    Everything seems to be working fine. The only problem is that the data that are sent to the Business Manager are for some reason “double”.
    For example: double add to cart, double purchase etc.
    Then, when we activate a Facebook campaign, the data used for that look correct.

    Have you ever faced a problem like that? If so, do you have any suggestion about its resolution? Will this cause a problem in the future?

    From what I gather, your store is receiving add to cart and purchases from your Facebook page. Correct?

    As of version 3.0.5, Facebook for WooCommerce provides a set of tools to help with some of the most common troubleshooting tasks.

    To enable these tools, you will need to enable?Debug mode?by navigating to Facebook plugin settings in wp-admin??Marketing > Facebook?and stay on the Connection tab, then scroll to the bottom to the?Debug?section.

    Subsequently, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

    If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    There’s no Fatal Error under Woocommerce > Status > Logs.

    By the way the flow is the opposite: the data are sent from the Website to the Business Manager via your plugin.

    sorry if I haven’t updated you anymore. We don’t work for this customer anymore therefore I don’t have access to their data.

    Unfortunately we can’t investigate on this issue further.
