A fantastic support portal plugin

  • A brilliant support portal plugin, with all you have to do being install the plugin, add the short code to a page as they say and you have a fantastic looking front end support portal with all the features you need out of the box, even on the free version. So easy to fine tune the settings to your requirements too.

    Not only that, great support too, with me having a little niggle with the non logged in mobile view of the page, (it was a JS error caused by my caching plugin preventing images rendering), and even though I was using the free version and it was over the Easter holidays, support got back to me within 24 hours with what the problem was and a suggested fix that worked.

    Why can’t more WP plugins and their support be like Support Candy?
