A feed could not be found

Just to confirm, you are using the correct feeds?

What I mean by that is that is the feed URL (pasted in) contains ‘&’ rather than ‘&’ in the URL itself.

Just when I copied the URL’s they contained ‘&’.

Ah! Sorry there’s formatting errors.

There are two ways to display the & character. One way is &, and there’s a way with displaying it as & amp;. (minus the space)

Only the former works. When your original message was sent to me it displayed your feed as the following:-

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/drcho11/m.html?rt=nc& amp;_rss=1& amp;_rssstore=1& amp;_stoname=drcho11

Notice the & amp; in the feed….

So I wanted to check, does your feed contain & characters or & amp; characters?

it should be without the space between & and amp; – this forum doesn’t allow &’s to be displayed correctly (though I may be wrong!)

After a lengthy live chat it appears that eBay in their infinite wisdom have removed the RSS feature altogether (at least for UK stores).

Hmmmm…you may be on to something though. Reading through with a fresh pair of eyes.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/drcho11/m.html?rt=nc&_rss=1&_rssstore=1&_stoname=drcho11 does appear to be a valid feed. Maybe there is a way to push it as a proper feed if need be.

I’m going to do some research – I found this – https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/21017 – I’ll see if I can make something up to push it out.

Give me a couple of weeks and I’ll see if I can build something.

Right, bad news.

I’ve done a bit of testing with your feed and a force feed mode, and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be a valid feed. ??

What I suggest instead is to possibly build your own feed. You can do it using eBay Partner Network – ebaypartnernetwork.com. Sign up through there and then go Tools > RSS Feed.

You can build a feed there. Make sure your Program is “ebay UK” and set your seller ID in advanced search. Also pick 5 keywords to show some of your inventory.

I’ve had a go at this, and built this for you. Be warned, this does use my affiliate link, so you may not want to use it on a live site – but yeah it will give you an idea on what to do.

Put that link into ebay feeds for WordPress, and it should work.
