A few clicks are not tracked

Hi, I see its been two weeks with no reply did this get sorted?

To be honest I have had a few problems with this on our site https://onlinecasinoreviewz.com – not sure if it’s because of a lot of custom coding with our theme. But I did a clean install and it seems to be tracking again ok for now. No problems with event tracking on the other site we use this plugin on though.

@puddesign No, it did not get sorted unfortunately.

I would advise going down the tag manager route then.

I’ll have a look and see what I can do about that.

I’ve checked this, but we are already only using GTM. So that’s not the solution for us.

What else could be the problem?

It seems only links with “tel:” do not get tracked. I saw another post where someone has the same problem.

On this page we have e-mail links that do get tracked. But the telephone links do not get tracked: https://www.chain-logistics.nl/contact/

Can someone help us out?

Here in each variant different but including identical trace is traced, it is necessary to consider it!
