    Hello!
I really like your plug and thank you for it. There are only two problems.
    1) the feed often processes different numbers of products, the difference in the processing of products can reach 500-600 positions, help me find the reason for this instability.
    2) When you click on the refresh button, the feed starts updating, and after a second it shows that the update is ready, and only after the second click on the refresh button does it actually start updating. This also raises the question of auto-update, and I’m not sure about that.
    Thank you.

    Hi Carlos,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. With regards to your remarks:

    • Instability in product numbers in your feed can be caused by a couple of things. Most often it is caused by issues with your WP-cron. Is your WP-cron enabled or are using an external unix cron?
    • The issue can also be caused when the plugin is running into server configuration limitations. Try lowering the batch size from the default 750 products to a much lower number, lets say 250. This is how you can lower it: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
    • When you hit the manual update icon than indeed you need to make sure that all (browser) caching is cleared otherwise you indeed might have to click twice before it really does start the update.
    • With regards to the automated updates: can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can have a look if it regularly updates? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hope this helps?

    Hello!
    Thanks for the quick response.
I will now try to reduce the number of products processed simultaneously. And I’ll watch. If it doesn’t help, I’ll look for the problem in the cron.

As for auto-update, I think since you know about manual double-clicking, then you have implemented auto-update correctly. I just thought it was a mistake.

Thank you for your work, there was a time when due to processing instability I switched to another plugin. It worked very stably. But I noticed that Google likes your plugin more. This is a big plus.

Thanks for your reply. Please let us know when the issue at hand doesn’t get resolved by changing the batch sizes.

Thank you friends, you asked me to let you know what will happen next. After reducing processing to 250 products at a time, everything got better and works stably. Thanks for your product.

Hello, I have a problem with the stability of the number of positions in the feed again. Last time I reduced the number of processed items from 750 to 250 and it worked for a while. Now the amount of processed goods is different every time. Please tell me what else can be done. As you can see in the photo, two-thirds of the data are stable and at some point instability begins.

    Hi Carlos,

You mention adding a photo, I think you forgot to add it to your reply?

Anyhow, did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days? What kind of errors are showing in those logs? This is where you can find them: https://woo.com/nl/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Hi,

Thanks for sharing however this fatal error is not related to our plugin.

Can you share the following: the plugin debug.log?URL so we can have a look if it regularly updates? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log?URL:?https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/ and the normal product feed URL?
