A few problems

  • The plugin would just stop halfway though doing the job. and retina images stillbe there which I was trying to delete.

    The list didn’t seem to update ie I would run the plugin on 50 items only to delete the retina images but when the page refreshed it still showed the retina being there in the list(its like the list needed to be refreshed with new data as it was still showing old data).

    The thumbnails were not there (which I understand as there were not there as I had deleted them) but even when regenerating the thumbnail on that item (and they had been made using regenerate thumbnail plugin) and going back and refreshing the list it would still show them. Actually, that’s a bit of a lie the new images in the gallery list would flash up for 0.1 of a second and just disappear (not all just ones that were not there before) showing a broken link image. Even though the thumbnails had been created minutes before.
