    Hi,

    Thanks for a good plugin!

    I have a few proposals

    1. Show somewhere categoty in list like a tags.

    2. Also may be add option to do not notify user about creating account (if I want add new ticket but want just just Email for chating).

    3. Option to redirect into Tickets list after submit a reply
    Like “Send reply” and “Send reply and back to List”

    4. Add button “Refetch emails” in Tickets list for manually get new mails (if I am expecting important mail).

    5. Load public CSS & JS just on plugin pages (when shortcode is called)

    6. In future: add Browser notifications (over WP Heartbeat) about updates (with emails or wihtout – settings)

    Thanks for suggestions and good ideas. We will think about ticket category and the best place to add it. As for the notifying, we have an option “Not notify” in a New ticket page.

    “Send reply and back to List” – I understand that it will help you save time. We will add it. Thanks for the advice.

    As for the Refetch email, we can suggest use 1-minute checking interval. You can set up it in the settings tab.

    5 and 6 line, we need some time to research it.

    Once again thank you for recommendations. We will try to implement it. By the way, now we are working on CRM plugin. Do you have any special requirements or needs for managing your business contacts?

    Yes, but when I click “Add new User” to ticket WP sends automatically email to user.
    May be it’s not very important, just at first phase I want use just emails and do not touch users with accounts.

    I saw, but I think this can be too expensive for hosting.

    By the way, now we are working on CRM plugin. Do you have any special requirements or needs for managing your business contacts?

    Seems not for now.
    I just need for now HelpDesk + added integration with my selling system, so I can see related orders+licenses by requester email/user_id/other params at a Ticket page.

    Also I have a bug once when replied from phone (my reply created as new ticket to me), but I need do more tests for find a reason.

    Hi guys,

    I have one nasty trouble – some users send mails with attachments but they do not shows in admin.
    But may be it’s happes after my changes, but is it possible do not delete emails from mailbox after reading? So I can check orginal mail.

    I found this code in mailbox-helpers.php

               // remove letter
                stgh_letter_get($letterId, true);
    

    but worries about any issues is I disable it.
