    Hi,
    I think this is a great plugin but have a few questions about how I can personalise the front-end submission process.

    >> Please can the date be shown in UK format i.e. DD/MM/YY?
    >> Is there a less fiddly way to add the time, ideally a drop down?
    >> Can we add a field for people to include a contact number?
    >> Please can we include a CAPTCHA to stop spam submissions?
