    Hi there ??

    I want to set up my store so that people can preorder my products (orders will be sent out January 1st)

    I’m not familiar with this plugin, so I had a few quick questions about it.

    If a customer preorders a product:

    1) will they get an email automatically saying they’ve preordered it?

    2) If so, can the email say the date that the item will be sent/processed?

    3) is there a way to hold off the payment from the pre-order until the send date? (basically I want to collect orders, but not payment until January)

    Hi @cmcsweeney ,
    here are the answers below:
    1) right now the customer will get an email regular email that contains the order details. (not mention that is a preordered). but from my account tab custom able to see that the order has a [Pre Ordered] status.
    2) Right now it’s not sending email but, we may add this option in a future release.
    3) Sorry, the customer must need to complete the payment before order preorder items.
