This should be achievable with some CSS – but it will be complicated for posts. It’s easier to style comments on posts so that user comments look different from reader comments.

when someone comments on a post, that post will be bump back to the front page

I don’t know a way to do this. A comments widget in the sidebar will show the lastet comments only though.

The link to my site is letsallplaygames.com. I Know about plugin for the comments, but that’s not what i’m trying to achieve.

When you first post an article, it puts that article to the top of the page and moves the rest of them down. It has something to do with the timestamp, if somehow i can get it where every time someone comments on any given article on the website, it will move that article back to the top of the page. Once that article comes inactive and drops from the main page, it will be achieved and wont be sent to the front page again if someone comments on it.
