A filter works only in English letters

    A filter works only in English letters. When I tried to change tag name “алтан товч” or something which is in Mongolian language, a table won’t show any records. If I changed a filter record to “Science” or “News and Events”, a table shows records.
    A filter categories has same result.
    But a filter of authors is works properly. When I changed filter record to “Номын санч” which is in Mongolian language, a table shows records.
    I think that a filter doesn’t work in Mongolian characters.

    Hello! I’ve just released version 1.0.3, which I think solves this problem.

    I have some ability to test this with alternate languages but very limited, so please let me know if you still have trouble.

    Also, very sorry about the delay. I did not know that I wasn’t automatically subscribed to receive email notices of support requests for my own plugins, and I did not see this until just yesterday.
