A former super plugin is no longer recommended

    We have been using the Pro version for years and have installed it on over 100 websites. What was particularly interesting about the Pro version for us was the sheduled backup feature. For a few months now, we have been constantly receiving emails saying that these had failed, even though we had not changed anything in the configuration. We then contacted support, who initially responded with tips that helped to solve some of the problems. However, the sheduled backup only worked twice on the affected sites, and after that we received messages about failed attempts again. We have now received no response to further requests to support, pointing out that the backups sometimes work and sometimes don’t. This is why we can no longer rely on the plugin as a reliable and automated backup solution. We assume that some changes made by the updates that of course we always made in time have destroyed the reliability of the plugin. Because support is now “playing dead”, unfortunately it only gets one star.

    yeah, yeah – there are other bad reviews here from users of the Pro version, too – where else should we rate it? And: Did you read my review? Why should I submit another support request now when your two previous answers to our five requests didn’t help and the last three requests weren’t answered at all?

    Just bring back the old reliability, which hasn’t been there since about a year – then you don’t need to waste your time answering bad reviews here. Until about a year ago it was a great plugin – and when it hopefully becomes reliable again, I’ll be happy to correct my rating here.
