A Gem and a Half

I do a lot of custom theming, but often I am doing changes that are not mods to theme templates, and adding child themes or plugins seem like overkill- this plugin does exactly what I hoped.

All I needed to do on a current project was use the action/hook that modifies the title and button named on a comment form. 5 lines of code. A child theme or a plugin would be more to do. And the fact that in multisite this can provide different mods per site is a huge gain for my projects.
