A good Customer Support plugin

We’ve been using this plugin for over one year now and it works very well.
There is plenty of customization and features available, and it integrates well into website design.
I appreciate the fact that you can easily customize things such as ticket status caption and colors.
Also the email notification feature is very useful.The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5,
is that it would be appreciated a new update which includes the ability to customize the ticket numbering.
Currently the tickets don’t get a progressive number, but they are numbered by using the generic wordpress post count index.
This makes it a little less convenient because the eshop orders of Woocommerce are also numbered using the same generic wordpress post index.
We would prefer to have a system where orders and tickets are numbered progressively, using two separate count indexes.Thank you for your work and best regards
