A good "User's Panel" plugin for wp ?

What features?

Profile (Name, Lastname, City, Avatar, etc.) , Send news, Private messages, etc.

There’s BuddyPress, though that may be overkill. I don’t know of another well written PM plugin.

Buddypress turns wordpress to a social networking system and i don’t want that . I just want to have a members’ area

This isn’t a plugin, this is bbPress (i.e. forums).

You can turn off things in BuddyPress, you know. Or look for WordPress extended profile plugins. I know they exist.

And don’t bump.
