Great Maintenance Mode plugin without extra crap

    Most of the other maintenance mode plugins come with a bunch of extra settings and features that not everyone wants. If all you want is to put up a nice simple page showing that the site is in maintenance mode, then this is it! Not very complicated, and easy to use.

    To the developer: Keep updating this plugin! ??
