A great plugin ruined by 2.2.0 Update

I really loved this plugin and it is the best Favorites/bookmarks plugin out there…
This is just so disappointing! Wth were u thinking when u released and unstable update (2.2.0) with that non working cookie consent modal! Thank you for creating such a great plugin at the same time ruining it!
But, like they say, every good thing has to come to an end.
What’s with new update of cookie policy?! I mean I understand there are new policies and stuff, but why mix that with the plugin?
It doesn’t even work anymore, I set the Content to display for choosing the options, but guess what?! The Favorites “Add button” loads forever!
And the Content for cookie acceptance doesn’t even show up!
Please, disable this cookie consent thing. If the site needs one, we can develop on our own, a proper working cookie consent form.
This is supposed to be a Favorites/Bookmarks plugin, keep it at that, don’t over do it.
Thanks, will update review if action is taken to fix plugin.
