A hint to avoid email classified as spam

Just a hint for WCAR developers: to minimize the chances emails sent by WCAR are marked as spam by the inbound email filters, WCAR should format the addressee email address as a fully expressed string:
{{customer.fullname}} <{{customer.email}}>
({{customer.email}} shortcode doesn’t still exist, I know).
Currently, WCAR uses the customer’s email address only, which is a common spammers behaviour.
