a href in header.php not working

  • I placed at the bottom of header.php:
    <a href:"www.facebook.com/pajinc">Facebook</a>

    So that I can have a link above my content on all pages. It doesn’t work, not even registering as a link (I right click and “open in new tab” isn’t even an option).

    How can I get this to work?
