    I need to put a link in the box, how can I do that? I tried to put “a href tag” but doesn’t work.

    The Boxzilla editor is just a normal WordPress editor, just the same as you use with posts. You should be able to insert a link the same way you would insert a link in a post, with the “link” button above the editor. If you like to work in HTML code directly, click on “Text” instead of “Visual” on the right top of the editor.
